“Mic Club is an exciting and dynamic movement, continually looking for new and innovative channels through which to provide artists a means of expression, and to help bring out the wealth of talent that remains largely unrealised by so many. The founders of Mic Club are Ansumana Bai-Marrow AKA Mic Concise (a member of Stone Circle), and Jason "Jase" Smartt, being friends since school, they spearhead Mic Club operations. The Mic Club Team also consists of Patrick McDowall, Boma Oruwari and Jeremiah Mwangi who together help to form the main body of the Mic Club Team."
